How to get to Paros
To find a ferry we recommend FerryHopper, and SkyScanner for flights
+ We're happy to help you plan your trip!
Flying to Paros
You can fly to Athens and then to Paros with Olympic, Aegean or Sky Express - although you should plan a couple hours between the flights in case of delays.
(Tip: It's best to book both parts of the trip through the same airline: E.g. London Heathrow -> Athens and then Athens -> Paros both with one booking from Aegean, so they can help manage your transfer)
Flight & Ferry
The most common way to get to Paros is to fly to Athens, Santorini or Mykonos and then get a ferry. This takes between about 4hrs with the large Blue Star ferry from Athens, or as little as 40 mins from a fast boat from Mykonos.

Getting to the port:
-
Athens > Port of Piraeus
-
Apps/Online: Lyft, Uber, Welcome Pickups (Estimated: 70€ 50mins)
-
Train "Metro": Metro Line 3, blue line from Athens Airport to Piraeus - Dimotiko Theatro (Estimated: 10€ 1hr)
-
Bus: x96 line destination 'Piraeus - Athens International Airport' (Estimated: 10€ 1hr)
-
-
Mykonos / Santorini
-
Apps: iMove or Aegean Taxi
-

In order to catch a ferry to Paros on the same day, you should plan plenty of time between landing and the ferry departing from the port - otherwise you may need to stay somewhere overnight.
Ferry
Typically you have two types of ferry going to and from Paros:

Slow Ferry by 'BLUE STAR' (via Athens or Santorini)
Slow and steady (from Athens 4-5hrs), with different types of seating available inside or outside (or a small room 'cabin' with bathroom + beds), a cafe and fast food restaurant on-board.
(Note - If you book economy - seating is first come first served, so it pays to get there >1hr before the boat departs to get into the queue early and find a seat)

Fast ferry by 'SEAJETS' or 'Hellenic Seaways' (via Athens, Santorini, and Mykonos)
These are faster (from Athens 2h45m to 3h45m), avoid if you get seasick, usually a bit more expensive, and some smaller types don't take vehicles either - which means less crowding when off/boarding.

There are luggage stores on both types of ferries as you first enter the boat - once the ferry docks at the port of your destination, you can go and collect your luggage as you disembark.
Port of Piraeus
The port of Piraeus can get quite chaotic during the summer, check which gate you are heading to (e.g. E6 - it should say on your ticket) so you can head to the right place in the port.
You can ask for help from police or port authority for guidance if you're not sure where to go.
