This charming taverna is located right on the hairpin turn in Lefkes.

A staple on the island for over 100 years... so you know it's got the best baked delights. Our favourite is the chocolate cookies - you might even see them in shops across the island they're so good!

One thing we always get during a visit to Paros are their nutty biscuits - sold in markets and bakeries in the area as well!

Great to sit and unwind a little further back from the waves and sunbathers. Decent food and drinks (a bit overpriced!) but worth it for the relaxing atmosphere and beach bar music.

Any of the seafood tavernas in Aliki are always good - even more beautiful if you can be there at sunset.

A must! Loukoumades are God's gift to humans... donut-like fried balls of dough drenched in sweetness of your preference... (The traditional combo is honey & walnut, Lazaros has "merenda" i.e. nutella, and Chloe's go-to is honey, cinnamon and "kaimaki" flavour ice cream)

Yet another brilliant spot for a sunset view, hidden up some narrow stairways is this cosy bar which frames a gorgeous view of the sea + sky - pair it with a little snack and something to drink to make it perfect.

Dennis has a great selection of 'Dodoni' ice cream, which is one of the best!

Whatever you do, you must get the Orzo & Crayfish - it is out of this world.

Giorgos is an amazing host who will make you feel part of the family. Their traditional dishes always hit the spot and you'll feel right at home in the cosy, welcoming atmosphere. Aliprantis have you got you covered if you want a snack, coffee or something sweet... Freshly baked bread, pastries, sandwiches, breadsticks, cookies, cakes and mini ice creams!

If they did loyalty cards we would be triple platinum... Typically we'll go at least once per day for a heavenly coffee. Family-owned, they've also got delicious cookies, pastries, and other local products.

We highly recommend this hidden gem if you're a fan of Italian cuisine. Passionate owners and amazing dishes, even more beautiful if you're lucky enough to have the moonlight shining down on the sea in front.

Although Stella no longer works at the Taverna her heart and soul is ever-present and kept on by her family. The definition of authentic, home-comfort food - as if your Greek grandmother had cooked it for you!
